Who we are

AMAS Accountants ("we", "us") provides accounting, tax and compliance services. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the instant quote form or contact us, we collect only what you provide:

• your name;
• an email address or WhatsApp/phone number;
• the type of business you run and the services you are interested in.

We do not use tracking cookies or collect analytics that identify you personally.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to prepare and send you a quote and to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Quote submissions are recorded in a private Google Sheet and emailed to us. Google processes this data on our behalf; the data is not published or made publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

If you make an enquiry but do not go on to become a client, we delete your details within twelve months. Where you become a client, we keep your records for at least six years after our work ends, in line with HMRC and professional record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to our processing it. To do so, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
